The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic! We had a small issue with our room, and the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, kind, and caring. Their customer service truly stood out and made a difference in our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good visit. All staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast lady was very fun to wake up to. Brightened my day at the beginning. The counter staff gave me some great suggestions for food and a lil adventure.

This place is a dump with lipstick on the walls. Not at all worth $300 a night. Save your money and go next door for half the price with the same feel. It looks and feels like a hotel built in the 70s that has 6 coats of cheap paint and cheap flooring. Smells like they haven't changed the carpet in 30 years, just keep sprinkling on some deororizer and cleaning it with dirty water and febreeze. Bathrooms are grungy. Rooms have poor lighting and old furniture.

The website is incredibly misleading. A fitness center is listed as an amenity, but there's not one on site; they contract with a gym that's a block and a half away. Great for equipment, but not so much if you don't want to travel any more than you already have. Also, room photos are not accurate at all. I booked a King jacuzzi room. The photos showed a whole entire sitting area with a couch, coffee table, and a club chair (which surprised me since that seemed more of a suite amenity, so I double checked several times). The room did not have any of that, which was fine for the price, but the photos should be edited. The hotel is great for the price and everything else was amazing!

Wonderful experience, everyone was so thoughtful! We really enjoyed breakfast with Sandy and Videl was so helpful and accommodating. I need to make a trip back in a few weeks, I will definitely be staying with you again. We stayed at “the roof top hot tub” hotel last time and the service was terrible!! We will be back where we are treated with kindness. Thank you
