about 2 months agoAte brunch here on a Sunday. Food was wonderful and our server was professional, friendly, and courteous. Went to redeem a gift card that had been given to us on 12/6/24 and was told it had a balance of 0 when we had a receipt stating we had a balance of $74.06. Asked manager to look up our gift card balance and she told me, “sorry we have no way of doing so”. I was so disappointed and bummed out that we were gifted a gift card that could not be used. The manager was not willing to do research or support us in any way. Very disappointing and we are actually sad to have bad feelings and probably won’t be returning. What a shame.

2 months agoOur first stay at the inn and we loved it. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful especially the bathroom! We would stay here again. Easy walk to all of downtown Stillwater. Convenient parking.

4 months agoI attended a wedding at the Lowell Inn on June 6. I did not stay as a hotel guest so I can’t speak for how the rooms are, but oh my gosh, what a beautiful property. Parking was easy, the hotel is 3 blocks from the water. The staff was amazing and very professional, the food was so delicious & The bartenders working the wedding were amazing!. I will seriously consider the Lowell Inn for my own wedding or just a hotel stay while in Stillwater!

4 months agoWe had a small event in the garden room. It was absolutely lovely! The service was great, the food was fantastic and it was a beautiful venue. Everything went very smooth throughout the entire process. We worked with Lauren for setup and she was always quick to respond and very helpful. Kevin was our server and he was attentive and friendly. All the staff made us feel welcome. Ive done several events at many locations and I can say this was one of my best experiences! Thanks Lowell Inn!

10 months agoThe Lowell Inn was very impressive! It did not disappoint. Walking in, my eyes went directly to the beautiful chandelier! The gentleman at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. He was the same gentleman who checked us out. I asked him some questions about the hotel and was very knowledgeable. The price was a little high but that was because of the history, location, and the room (the penthouse) we stayed in.
