8 months agoThis is the spot to stay for bed and breakfasts in Stillwater. The property was beautifully kept and the history of the house itself was deep, meticulously maintained, and presented in a beautiful fashion. All of the rooms are charming and luxurious in a way that makes you feel like a Victorian noble. Larry was the star, everything you could need in a property manager. He took care of everything from food and coffee, recommendations, tours, and even accommodating my wife and I in our requests when possible. I look forward to coming back and recommend this to anyone looking for a romantic Victorian style vibe with outstanding service.

11 months agoWe spent 2 nights at the Rivertown Inn and had our wedding ceremony in one of the beautiful parlor rooms. The manager, Larry is delightful and the staff are fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and breakfast is delicious!! The Inn is so beautiful and Stillwater is an adorable, walkable town. We hope to go back one day, maybe our anniversary!! Highly recommend!!

12 months agoWe had our wedding at Rivertown Inn and rented the property for the entire night. Larry the inn manager and his staff Carter were very caring and attentive. Their authenticity shined through. The cleaning staff and wait staff were also lovely. Every last detail of the Inn is curated with thoughtfulness, elegance, style, and love. Our guests were blown away and our top comment was that they had had a full experience which ranked on the top of their list for all time events. We had a plated dinner served by the Chowgirls and I would recommend considering them to do the meal part if doing a full wedding. There isn't one suggestion or change I could recommend making for the day. It was truly perfect.

about 1 year agoMy siblings and I spent two amazing nights here for a birthday celebration and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was knowledgeable about the history of the house (we were given a tour of the property upon arrival) and so friendly. The rooms were beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. We could sense the love and pride the owners and manager have for the property.

over 1 year agoMy husband and I stayed here for two nights for our anniversary and it was nothing short of an amazing magical experience. The staff was polite, kind, and courteous and the house is beautiful. It is so grand and they go above and beyond to make you feel transported away from everything and on your own little world. Everything downtown is in walking distance so it is very easy to get to everything and the price is fantastic for everything you get! A three course breakfast was served each morning and Chef Johanna not only worked with our food sensitives but everything was delicious. It really was a five star experience on a budget and I just cannot believe how wonderful everything was!! Thank you so much for a great weekend we loved staying here and we will be back!!!!
