We recently spent three nights in a Studio Suite. The vibe, decor, atmosphere are outstanding! The staff are friendly and accommodating. The Matchstick was also wonderful. We requested a refrigerator for our room and it was there when we arrived. I do wish we could grab our own ice, but they were quick to bring you ice whenever needed. Our room was spacious! The only thing truly lacking was a closet. With all that space, perhaps a wardrobe of some sort could be added. There were just three hooks on the living room wall with 2 hangers. But, we adapted as we always do, and had an incredible stay here. Very close to great restaurants, bars, shops, the lift bridge, co-op grocery store, etc. Downtown Stillwater is an awesome area. Highly recommend the Hotel Crosby!

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. If you want any kind of bathroom privacy then this isn't the place for you with a rolling barn for that has about a 1 inch gap to allow all noise through. Kinda weird honestly. There wasn't a mini refrigerator to keep anything cool... We saw one in the hallway and asked the cleaning staff and they said you have to ask for one so then they provided one. I would say to stay somewhere else but enjoy the restaurant and bar downstairs. It's like the room price reflects the bar and restaurant but not the rooms. We asked for tea at the front desk and they said that they would call us when they had it but never called. The parking lot is oddly not connected. The rooftop and backyard area were nice but the furniture it's completely destroyed and all ripped up like it's been sitting out all winter. The wood is all faded and worn with paint and finish wearing off and most of the cushions had bad rips with the stuffing showing. One cushion want even the correct matching for that chair. We were underwhelmed by the lack of detail and character you look for at this price and in a boutique hotel. It's like they are struggling financially and choose not to replace items. This was at the beginning of the tourist season so I can only imagine what it will look like in 6 months.

Wonderful experience! We decided on a staycation and will do it again! The rooms were large and very comfortable and the service was excellent. Dinner at Matchsticks was fabulous. We had expresso Martinis and Appetizers delivered to our room straight from the restaurant. Make reservations and go here for a special night or a birthday surprise. the rooftop terrace and hot tub are delightful.

I never write reviews but I had to write one for Hotel Crosby. We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party. We got a call an hour or two before check-in that our room was ready early which was so convenient! When we arrived to check-in, they told us that a nicer suite was available than the one I booked so they upgraded us for free! Our jaws dropped when we saw the suite. It is gorgeous and so clean. Everything we could need and more! We left the hotel for a few hours and came back to a complimentary bottle of wine and a hand written note of congratulations to my sister. Outstanding service and the staff and management went out of their way to make our stay so special. Location and parking were fantastic as well! We’ll be back.

Hotel was very cool, rustic modern. Rooms had themes which were fun. Atmosphere was happening. Bar was higher class. Hot tub was a must! They had an area for large group or conference meeting. Many beautiful features. We did have a conflict with our 3rd party booking but they easily took care of it and made sure not to cause stress. A+ service!
