The hotel was clean but dated, it worked great for the price. The staff was helpful and professional, they took good care of all of our requests. The pool and spa looked like a great place to enjoy, we forgot our suits but there were guests in there enjoying themselves. The location was perfect for our needs. We had a relaxing and wonderful time.

Got to the hotel and the room key didn’t work. She gave us another room on the 2nd floor. We had heavy stuff and no elevator! We did get a room then on 1st. Before getting into room there was a small box of empty alcohol cans in the side entryway (sat there for 2 days), and there was a homeless person outside on a picnic table. When asked if the outside doors are locked she did yes. They are NOT locked ANYONE can walk in the hotel from any entrance. The top row of the vents for air conditioner was broke and couldn’t move where to direct the air. Some of the buttons didn’t work. No soap so bring your own. I sat on the toilet seat and it almost fell off - screws are not tight at all. The knob to turn on the tub is all molded and black on the inside of it and there is mold starting where the caulking is in the tub. There is a fridge but not very cold. When closing the room to the door don’t open it all the way because it will smash into the wall and when your neighbors and across the hall shut their door it sounds like they are slamming it with all their might. Hear everything. When we were leaving there was a guy laying in the grass in the ditch taking pictures of the people of patrons who were outside talking and smoking. (Another homeless person). That was creepy. The staff are not interested in you so don’t even bother trying to make small talk. The pool looks nothing like the picture. You can not walk to downtown Stillwater even though they told me I could. The breakfast is cereal, bread and bagels. For the price yo7 get charged it is not worth it!! It is very poorly maintained and cared for and I didn’t feel safe staying there especially with the homeless people lingering around

Pass....just keep going....dirty, dryer didnt work....24 in TV with limited channels Old, torn and stained furniture Bathroom vinyl lifted in corners. 1/2 roll toilet paper. Air conditioner was pathetic! Even the hallway carpet was scared to be there. Paid for two nights. .stayed one...reluctantly....slept on top of mattress bedding in my clothes!

Very good value for the money, very friendly and helpful staff. We felt welcome and safe. Breakfast was definitely more than "continental," with choice of breads and English muffins, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was hot and working, and the water was cleaner than at many more expensive hotels I've seen.

Before I start on the hotel, I wanna say about 10 minutes before arrival, we saw a man about to jump off a bridge, if that wasn’t a sign for what was to come, idk what was. Pulling into the parking lot I immediately knew what we were in for, as the place looked like a retirement home. When we got to the front desk, the woman was incredibly rude and told us in a stern voice “no parties, no visitors!” Which doesn’t make any sense, most of the people in our group were 14 to 15, what parties. Our mom tries to cancel the two nights we booked, as it was really obvious this wasn’t gonna be good, but the lady tells us we can only cancel if we call. So we load our luggage onto the cart, but realize there’s no elevator, so we end up carrying everything up the stairs. Upon entering our room, our noses are assaulted with the stench of rubber and cheese, and the room only looked worse, it being immediately apparent the room hasn’t been remodeled in years. Weird paint splotches on the walls, one of them being a mound of goop that was painted over, as well as random electrical equipment running up and down the wall, lines of glue went from top to bottom on the door, the front of the sink missing, what appeared to be cum on the painting on the wall. I sit on my bed and it is equivalent to that of a prison bed, the mattress stiff and the frames metal and loud, clanging loudly with even the slightest bump. Not even 10 minutes of being in our room, we decide we don’t wanna stay here, and our mom calls the hotel to try and cancel our stay, and we are only able to cancel one of our nights. We contemplated staying, but ended up leaving anyways, as we all decided, staying here would be the worst. I think id rather join the man on the bridge then come here ever again.
