We had traveled all the way from Hawaii and didn't have a place to stay last minute and Quality Inn & Suites in Stillwater were lifesavers! The staff was friendly and welcomed us at 1AM. The rooms were great and were comfortable for us to get some rest after a long travel day. The owner really is wonderful and the property is upkept well. 10/10 experience.

Hotel looks like it is going through new ownership. Inside was fine.. clean.. very good staff.. rooms were clean . breakfast was adequate.., the outside needs to be mowed and taken care of .. curb appeal was not good.. would make it much more appealing..

Staff was helpful, and welcoming. Quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.Budget friendly the pricing is highly competitive and perfect for cost-conscious travelers. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay.

We (a family of 3) chose to stay here for 3 nights over Christmas due to positive reviews highlighting good HOT breakfast. We ended up checking out at around 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM the first morning due to the incredibly poor management and general lack of quality ammenities. The details are as follows: 1. HORRIBLE BEDS - Our king bed wasn't even flat. I did not sleep a wink and my husband only got a few hours. 2. UNCLEAN FACILITIES - Decayed brown turd-like objects were seen in bottom of the hottub near the pool. 3. NO BREAKFAST - the sign (hand-scrawled) said breakfast would be served from 6 AM to 9 AM. Around a quarter past 6 AM we arrvied to find the doors closed and the lights off. 4. Ice machines and room keys barely operational. We then followed the music to find the front desk attendant lounging in the hottub (that had what may or may not have been feces in it) and asked what the hell was going on with the breakfast service. We then learned that they did in fact not have the hot breakfast we paid for but he could bring us some cereal and honeybuns. We said this was unacceptable and that if there wasn't even going to be proper breakfast we didn't want to pay $140/night to stay there. Front desk attendant started to check us out but stated that we couldn't have a refund for the other two nights. We left. Another interesting note is that one of the guest rooms near the front entrance seemed to be occupied as a personal long-term living space by multiple employees. This rooms was adjacent to us and was propped open. Inside you could see dozens of street shoes and racks of clothing and BOY DID IT REEK. It stunk like a locker room. Don't bother.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn Stillwater. We stayed two nights to celebrate my birthday and take our motorcycle out to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. The location of the Quality Inn is great. Walking distance to restaurants and Lift Bridge Brewery. The property is nice. We enjoyed sitting at the front patio surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The lobby is also a nice place to hangout and wait for a ride or drink a cup of coffee. (FYI their coffee is good- smooth not bitter.) I think the fireplace is lovely and will be a great place in the winter. The main reason we booked the Quality Inn Stillwater is they had a pool and hot tub. And the best price in the area. The room was neat and clean. And quiet! I never heard the traffic on the busy highway. What I appreciated was the staff. The front desk was great from check in to check out. When we would come in from being out we were often greeted with a cheerful hello, a smile or a wave. I also enjoyed visiting with the owner/manager during our first morning there. He was working the front desk AND the breakfast area. He made sure that everything was in good order. He visited with me and I felt like I was a valued friend visiting his home. I guess I was! This welcoming atmosphere helped to make our visit very enjoyable. I will visit again!!!
